Spitfire Formula Four — Classic Swirl, 50mm / 99a, white with bronze. The wheel that shows up in more video parts than any other, in the size that made it famous. Fifty millimeters is old-school small: low center of gravity, quick to spin, and light enough that flip tricks pop the way you want them to.

Formula Four urethane is Spitfire's own — poured and cured in San Francisco — and it's the reason these last. F4 doesn't flatspot when you powerslide and it doesn't chunk out on rough ground. At 99a you get a wheel hard enough to slide clean but with just enough give to hold a line on beat-up street concrete. The Classic shape keeps a full, rounded profile with a wide riding surface, so the wheel wears evenly and stays round all the way down.
